Mattco Forge is a premier manufacturer of open die forged metal products, specializing in rolled ring forgings and upset forgings for the aerospace, jet engine and power turbine industries.

Our forgings --  aluminum, titanium, magnesium, steel and nickel based specialty alloys, such as Inconel, Hastelloy, Waspaloy -- include:

Products are manufactured in our recently-expanded California facilities, on open die forge presses, custom ring rollers, upsetters and, on our fast forge press -- the fastest in the world.  Recent capital equipment investments have specifically targeted increased efficiencies, further lowering our production costs, with savings passed on to customers.

All forged products -- seamless rolled rings, contoured rolled rings, bar and upset forgings -- are available for delivery in any form: forged-only, heat-treated, semi-machined or finish-machined.
