Metal Conversion Services

Mattco Forge metal conversion services include upset forging, open die forging and ring forging for seamless rolled ring, bar and plate products and upset forgings that meet the most stringent aerospace specifications. All conversion products are manufactured to the same rigid quality standards as our own material, with material yields that are the highest in the industry.

Concurrent engineering services are also available to support customers' conversion requirements.

Our services include full processing to specification, and all necessary conditioning operations, with typical lead-time of 3 - 4 weeks for most projects. All material is preheated in our state of the art furnaces, ensuring correct metallurgical properties.
